She’s spent decades as a clinical psychotherapist studying the inhibitors and motivators to success and how they apply to women in executive roles. Her passion and commitment to this noble cause have ignited a community of loyal followers dedicated to leaving a legacy of female empowerment for future generations.

 

She has counseled, coached, consulted, trained, advised, and mentored Top Fortune 500 employees on quality leadership and profitable growth strategies. Her Limitless Leadership & Mindset Mastery Framework helps female leaders and entrepreneurs learn how to strategically plan for their desired outcomes. Focus on complex problem-solving, high-performance team building, and conflict resolution strategies. By approaching problems that are particular to women in roles of leadership and power, she helps them manage stress better, build confidence, and learn how to trust their intuition.

Dr. Langley’s greatest accomplishment is having the honor of being the primary caregiver for her ailing parents. For several years she cared for her mother, the late Mary Nelson Langley, who passed in 2019 from Alzheimer’s Disease. Mary was Dr. Langley’s biggest inspiration and supporter. Constantly encouraging her to speak her voice of hope, promise, and love all over the world. 

 

When Dr. Langley isn’t interacting with her community of Limitless Leaders, she enjoys singing, writing, dancing, reading autobiographies, traveling the world, and playing the violin.
